PB&J Chia Pudding
This will keep in the fridge for a couple days, so it's prefect to prep ahead and grab for dessert, breakfast, snacks, whatever.

- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon cool whip optional - substitute non-dairy/sugar-free/etc to fit your preference
- honey optional
Combine chia seeds, milk, peanut butter, and frozen fruit in a bowl. Stir well and let sit at least 10 minutes in the fridge.
