5 oz plain greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dry dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 oz feta
8 oz plain hummus
2 small or 1 large english cucumber
1 red bell pepper
1/4 – 1/2 of a red onion (to taste)
In a bowl, combine yogurt, dill, salt, pepper, and half the feta.
In a large, shallow dish layer hummus and the yogurt mixture. Top with cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and the remaining feta.
Refrigerate until ready and serve with crackers — we like original Wheat Thins, Ritz, or Breton multigrain crackers.
